Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These terms govern access to Court Track. By requesting or using a workspace, you agree to these terms.
The service
Court Track helps legal teams search, track and organise information retrieved from official court sources. Trial access may be limited in time or functionality and may be changed or withdrawn.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep login details confidential and promptly change a temporary password after first sign-in. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
You may use Court Track only for lawful professional purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, overload official court systems, scrape data at abusive rates, or use records in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
Official records and legal decisions
Court Track is an organisational tool, not a court, law firm or source of legal advice. Official court websites remain the authoritative source. You are responsible for checking important dates, filings, orders and judgments against the official record before acting.
Availability
Court websites, CAPTCHA services and other third-party systems may be unavailable or may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every external record will always be available.
Intellectual property
Court Track software, interface and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Official court documents remain subject to their respective source terms and applicable law.
Limitation and termination
To the extent permitted by law, Court Track is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited for indirect or consequential loss. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk or violation of these terms.
