Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This policy explains how Court Track handles information when you request a trial workspace or use the role-based workspace portal.

Information we collect

Google account data

Google sign-in is used only to verify your identity and email address before sending workspace credentials. Court Track does not request access to your Gmail inbox, contacts, files or Google Drive. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

How we use information

We use information to provide the requested workspace, authenticate Owners, Co-owners and Employees, search and organise official court records, send service messages, support users, improve reliability and protect the service.

Sharing and official sources

We share information only with service providers needed to operate Court Track, when you instruct us to do so, or where required by law. Searches may be sent to the relevant official court service to retrieve the record you request.

Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as needed for the service, security and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline Google sign-in, stop using the service, or request correction or deletion of information associated with your workspace, subject to legal and security requirements.
